hey guys- im pretty new to the boards, and i know this is a hardcore forum, but i couldnt really find another forum where it would belong either...
if someone could help me out all quicklike, id appreciate it, i dont mind closing/deleting the thread after that...
i just got an email saying i have a private message, but i seriosuly feel stupid but i cant figure out how the hell to check them.. can someone help me out please? sorry for the off guidelines post!

Right 1st way: there is a box in the top left hand corner of the screen that will appear that says "New Private Message" you can click on that.
Second way: is to go to the task bar at the top and go to "My area", and then you can find the link that says "Private Message Inbox" and click that.
I'm pretty certain there both almost correct  .

Some people think the new private message button is a trick banner on the site... and then internet people wonder why no one clicks banners anymore.
