Ain't that sample used in drop it (happy mix) or original by 3 steps ahead aswel?
It's old track (1996) and the sample is stolen from a eurodance song from arpound the same time (don't know the title though).

The original is more than likely 'Flying High' by Captain Hollywood Project on Pulse-8 from 1995.
Don't know if the vocal was original or taken from elsewhere.
