I wouldnt say "incredibley" successful record label, yeah some of theres have been awesome, but they take ages to take out there tunes & by this time they have been overused and everyone gets bored of them.

yeah - I like to call it the "duke nukem" effect.

Why duke?

3D realms have been promising Duke4 for ages, (not the manhattan project), and has released teasers here and there, but overall, they have taken years.... But if/when (if it hasn't already) come(s) out then everyone will get it, not because its soo good, but because it finally has.

Much the same with RaverBaby. They take years to actually get tunes from the artist to the hum-ho deejay.

Grr....

Hey whoever says Hixxy can't mix for shit they don't know what there on about. Seriously this guy ripped it up well in Sydney and deserves a round of applause for his scratching as well as his song selections. The guy should be rated and now hated, if he is hated it's due to jealousy. As for Artists of the year it should go to breeze and Styles - Styles in particularly if u have a look at the old stuff he has done such as when he was singing under unique that talent should really be noted and rated.

^^ I'm gonna disagree with that. Going off his Bonkers X mix, which was a studio mix, I gonna have to say he's got a lot more improvement to be made. He doesn't make the key clashes that he used to (a lot!) but his mixing style has never been more boring. There were many mixes where I remember making a mental note of how un-hardcore-ish his mixing style is, hence leading me to yawn uncontrollably..

Dougal's mixing isn't too much better either, even though I'm loving the EP sound, the way he mixes upfront hardcore doesn't flow that well.

I feel that Sy & Sharkey are the best mixers of the current scene, though I must note that I was impressed by Styles' Hardcore Heaven cd.
