I have heard this song on DI.Fm Happy Hardcore.. it is on Dj Silver MIX 34. A male says something. Its a really happy tune too. Melodic and all... The song after it has a woman singing. I cannot remember what the guys says. I think he said something about the beat or something. Argh. I can't remember. Hopefully I have provided enough information. If not I will wait until I can hear it again.

At a guess maybe "Scott Brown" - "Commence" on Evolution.
