That sounds like a Bounce/Euro remix of Destination Calabria by Alex Gaudino with the Just lose it Acapella slapped on top.
Start with the original then look for Remixes/Bootlegs

The tune is ok not the greatest but w/e added the pella to it could have been a beginner in producing!
