Theres only vinyls that have top choons but i dont have decks

All those CD's have many other quality "vocal" tunes / anthems or whatever people call them...
EDIT:
Personally i recommend Bonkers 9 - Hardcore Mutation, i'm a big fan of these vocal tunes too and that CD has sooooo many quality tunes, Hixxy's CD:
take N-Trance - Set You Free (Hixxy Remix), make a remix from and absolute quality tune witch is even better then the original, Ufo & Marley - Connection IMO best MC vocals or MC'ing, Heart Of Gold (Hixxy Remix) some hate this but i like Kelly Llorenna's vocals, then theres Flip & Fill - Field Of Dreams (Hixxy Remix) not better then the original (Force & Styles one) but still a quality tune, then theres Fires In The Sky with Jenna on vocals Mmmm... Then theres that Insight tune you already know and then theres Wonderful Days (Hixxy Remix) no wonder a became a huge Hixxy fan after this CD 
Then the Scott Brown CD, Heaven (Here Comes The Noise), Bring Me Round To Love one of the few male vocal tunes that i like, Turn Up The Music, Like An Angel and You're Shining...
Of course both CD's have many other quality tunes witch i didnt mention coz i think your searching "vocal" tunes... First "UK" Hardcore CD i bought and i'm still here This is one of the best or the best CD i have...
