I might be in Japan for 2 weeks in June with school, and I was wondering if anyone has any tips for me about like me not making a fool of myself or saying anything dumb... and where the fun is!!!

Act there as you would act anywhere else.
The reason I so many people hate tourists is because they go to their country to act in the exact opposite way they would in their country (reckless, insane).
So don't be a tourist, be a visitor.
