hi all,
i'lld just like too wave a flag for scott brown's latest,not as if i'm his most loyal fan too(fly with me)
i do perfer the southern style than the bouncy northern style (more ruffneck)
anyway, the tune is a vocal number but done in a way where its sounds tense by way of delivery,it stands out none the less and in my mind it doesn't follow any kind of mecholony of the vocal tunes(typo i know,tell me about it),so i just think its one of those tunes that need appreciation,and i think it outdoes any of his other material...pre

I was just about to make a topic like this.. o.O
The stuff he's putting out lately is just massive. He seems to be going in a pattern. He has really awesome stuff, then some okay stuff, then back to the good stuff. Every release that's forthcoming on Evolution right now, I want! They're just that awesome.
I'm probably the only person that really doesn't like, "Fly With You". It's mostly because I started DJing when Leave Me Waiting was pretty popular so I heard it way too much. As for, "The Stranger", I'm simply in love with that. I love happy evil sounding tunes.

Well, I like most Of Scott Browns latest tunes. Just the sampling of lyrics is getting a little annoying now imo.
And as for "Fly With You" this is probebly the worst hardcore tune I've heard in a long time. The simplicity of the original tune is why it was so succesful. The SB version sounds like 2 songs be mixed to together really really badly....The vocals are far to fast...and eeeewww the whole song just makes me cringe!!!!
Apart from that he's doing a great job for the hardcore world.

lol yer fly with you is a little cringe worthy - used to love gigi dagostinos version back in the day lololol.... but as for the rest of SBs new stuff - he isssssss THE best producer on the scene in my opinion... Scott Brwon n Whizzkid commmmeon!!!

the evolution label is very good its just its more northern style so i not into it as maybe i should be!?
hardcore hustler by interstate was the first evolution i purchased recently but not the best i know,and i'm waiting too get interstates beloved which is a great tune,
as with the vocal numbers,it turns out that 'fly with you' is not a original,well are they ever!?
as for others labels i wanna mention 'jelly baby' which i rekon is better than 'raver baby'...pre

lol, well....
i just have too add that there is 'cheesy sounding hardcore' and that mostly belongs too 'raver baby' and others except for the reworking of 'lost boy'
it cant apply too scott browns latest
but maybe its me,i dont seem too like his other tracks as much, though there still better than the average marker...pre

That rap is in LOADS of hardcore tunes
My favourite is "Darkzone" and th "Darkzone" remixes (Especially Storms one).
It's from an old hip-hop tune. The legends "MethodMan & RedMan" - "How High"
Corking tune.....loads of hardcore samples have been taken from that tune, including the eye opener sample.

i was going too say that 'hardcore hustlers has been used tons of times but cant rememeber as i cut my self from the scene for years(sample)
and i think its perfectly fine too not use original voices or samples or even bassliness!(shock horror),because its only needs a tweak and you have a new kind of style,the only problem is if it sounds too much like the whole of the original by not establishing its own idenitity really...
