Best way to find out is to reach out for the man himself, or Hattrixx.
Not sure if Vibes has an account, but Hattrixx is "Owen P" here on the forums, I believe.

I have both on Facebook, and have been meaning to ask if there's any chance of the old stuff being released in digital .wav or .flac. I don't want to be a bother, but then again, I have had nothing but good interactions with Vibes himself. Real gent, even spoke to him a few times.
Vibes has a personal page and a DJ page. Owen is there as well.
