not that it really bothers me ,but just out of curiosity ,does anyone know how the quality on bonkers 1 aint so good.....
and on the topic so i dont get net raped for asking a question ,how long was before bonkers 1 had hixxy been djing for? his scratching is good imo

I would believe that the equipment wasnt so good back then. But IMHO all the older tunes has a little "raw" sound, compared to eg the new Breeze & Styles stuff...

lol ,"humble" sounds like something i hear in medieval films or summin ,anyway ,im having problems with my mixer :( if i explain can someone help me ,anyway ,right ,iv got my mixer plugged to my stereo and have 3 speakers a big big one and 2 big ones , and sometimes when i mix from left to right ,on the right turntable the sound only comes out of the 2 big speakers ,how odd..... and the led's are weird too ,its like im playing on one deck and both the leds are lighting up ,usually the opposite side one lights up ,i dont know what it is ,but i think my mixer is fecked ,im gonna get a new one soon any reccomendations ( i just want a good cheap one)

Make sure both tables are connected correctly to mixer....

yeah i had just changed my room around yesterday to get my decks in a better position ,maybe thats what has caused it,iyl check the cabling....any reccomendations onmixers?

Lol, you might think so, but i have a cart that's about 30 years old, that is as good quality as ones you buy now :)

I'm quite sure Bonkers 1 was mixed from vinyl and not digitally sourced.

It is. I own it, and you can hear record pops along with all the other noises you hear when listening to a record. Sounds just like a live set minus the crowd.

i think it was the fact it was mixed straight of vinyl!
dont think the had all this top gear back in those dayz lol

what do you mean as in top gear, yeah i know it was mixed of vinyl ,lol ,just wondered why the quality was bad.... theres a word to describe it ,but cant remember it ,like how u get a mixer n u put the "hi" buttom down ,its like muffled ,not v clear (clear but not as clear as newer stuff) if you get me [:|].....
