I used to listen to happy hardcore back in 96 and hasn't followed the scene at all. Have mostly been listening to (boring) commercial trance since then.
However, recently I've been visiting this site and listening to the hhc radio alot and I really like what I'm hearing.
Now, I want to buy some records but I just don't know what to buy, most recomedations I've seen in the forums is pointing to record labels and I usually just find vinyles to buy. I want a whole mixed cd.
So what do I want?
Well, I've been stupid enough not to get the names of the tracks I heard on the radio, but I like what that japaneese guy is playing. It's trancy, upbeat, strong melodies and not so much vocals.
I'm also listening to "Oli G - Lost the plot 9" right now, its a bit harder but good to.
I might be way off here but is this freeform I'm looking for? I have no clue!
Please can someone point me to some good cd's? And where I can buy them (outside uk/us). Thanks!

if you like what you are hearing ,the current music thats playing ,i would reccomend bonkers 9 & 10(x) and the recent hardcore heaven cd's also there is a new cd out called "hardcore till i die" which looks good and also is cheap ,maybe that will help you , and to buy out of the US,Uk you can use amazon as far as i am aware ,and the shop right here on this site (i think ,i dont know if they do cd's) but anyway ,hope that helps....
let the music take you to the highest height ,come on raise your hands up you can touch the sky.........

Hey, Bonkers X Sharkey's mix is running on the hhc.com radio right now, it's pretty good and I think I might buy it.
However I still think the tracks lacks a good strong melody, is the other cd's much like Sharkey's?
Any other reccomendations? Planning to make a big order at amazon.
Thanks for the replys!

If you want pure melody, you should dig the Raver Baby sound. That's all it is really..
Freeform is quite a bit different actually. More acid, screechy noises, super chopped-up samples, evil basslines and frantic percussion. Give everything a shot though, I think one of the best feelings is finding something totally new that rocks your socks like nothing before it
