are you talking legal or pirate? for a start if you're going legit it's £80,000 for a 7 year license. then ya gotta build antennas and stuff.
if its pirate you need decks,mixer etc a transmitter,i think ya need a scrambler as well or something. someone else with a bit more knowhow will give ya more details hopefully
