I just got a copy of Come Take my hand by 2 Brothers on the 4th floor I noticed that the strings/song portion is the same as Paul Elstaks Rainbow in the Sky I

I just got a copy of "Come Take my hand" by 2 Brothers on the 4th floor. I noticed that the strings/song portion is the same as Paul Elstak's "Rainbow in the Sky." I know 2 Brothers have been around longer than Elstak so did he rip the sound from 2 Brothers? Anyone know...?
