Hi all im just wondering what you think of the old classice "I want to be a hippy (hardcore remix)", to be honest i think its the crappest hardcore tune everyu i prefer the original lol. what do you all think, and why lol i would like to know who and why you like it ;)

yeah it aint on the HH4 album is it? not as far as i know. its a goddam awful song as u sed, but im wonderin why u called it a 'classic' and then sed how bad it was?! lol ;-) when i was little my cousin went to austria or some place like that with the choir (ha ha the choir) and brought it back on a tape and i always thought it was 'i wanna be a hippy asnd i wanna get f**ked' cus just as he put it on and they sed 'wanna get'my aunty switched it off and gave him a row and sed it sed naughty things so i assumed it was fu**ed! lmao only found out otherwise about 4 years ago.

I quite like it, especially the bit where it goes "put the bells back in!!" then there's a bit of mad bell ringing and the beats go mental. Dunno what version it is but its on decadance Hardcore compilation...

personally, I find that song very funny, thats is pretty much the only reason why I still listen to it, especially because the verson I have has the lyrics: "I WANT TO GET HIGH, I WANT TO GET HIGH, I WANT TO GET HIGH, BUT I NEVER KNOW WHY!!!, I WANT TO BE A HIPPY AND I WANT TO GET STONED ON MARA, MARAJUANA!!" heh heh heh.................... it's just my opnion
and the reason people call it a classic is because, if I remember correctly, someone once said this:
"A classic is somthing everybody has haerd, and doesnt want to hear again" or somthing like that, i might have to get back on that one :P

that would be the original mix by technohead...that's the main reason i like it as well. hardcore needs more cow bells in it
