Have the vocals in this ever been used in anything else?

I remember around nearly ten years ago I was at a party and there was a few pills going around and we had some music on. This track came on which had vocals which sounded a lot like this but I never got the name of the track.
It would have not been this track though as it was not Jungle but we had various Old Skool playing so it could have been any style but I remember tripping out to it. The main rift in this track sounded a bit like the main riff in an old Dutch track. Skip to 2.51:
So imagine that slightly trancy, psychedelic riff with those 'Redemption' vocals then that was ow awesome that track sounded.
Then again I was pilled up to the eyeballs so maybe I imagined it!
