I'm positive it's on the first Raver Baby label with another tune called "Welcome" on the other side of the vinyl. It is by Hixxy. Anyone with the Helter Skelter Awakening 12 pack will notice there's another mix of it on the Scott Brown tape, in my opinion the Hixxy one is better.
