danceparty I'm at a loss of happy hardcore based parties in the pacific northwest. The Portland/Seattle/Vancouver area basically has zip to offer. Anyone know of any regular venues or events that feature happy hardcore in the Northwest?

silver I had a problem like this where I live, I corrected it by starting my own small parties now they are a regular thing. Even if it is a bunch of your friends and their friends somewhere it is still great to hear the tunes and dance. If you are thinking this I am sure there is a bunch of other people in your area thinkign the same. You don't have to start big, the best parties I have been to are small.

danceparty I'd love to get a small scene started up in my area. There's plenty of small venues for people to get together and dance and have fun and listen to music.
Now just finding someone else to spin besides myself.. :)

You are already half there, you can start a little later and make the DJ sets 2 hours, that way you don't need alot of DJ's.

DJ Tempest the hhc scene in the northwest is pretty small, but its nice. a real feeling of family. promoters that regularly throw all or mostly HHC events: mew productions, imaginary friends, funshine, firefly ent....check out northwest happy hardcore for more info than youd ever need..

DJ Tempest oh yeah...and there are MORE than enough DJ's to fill up a party...seattle and portland have had many parties that featired ALL happy hardcore lineups.
DJ Dummy & MC Verbal
Pandemonium
Little Terror
Mischief
Jimni Kricket
Elixer
and i'm moving down to portland in july...
just to name a few...and thats not including all the hardcore dj's that the NW has as well. so you wouldnt have ANY problems finding people other than yourself to spin.
