Free to download, ofc

It's basially a remix of an old school techno song I had on my old computer, but that computer crashed, so I no longer have the original track. I also didn't have a name for that track, so if anyone recognises it and know the title, please let me know.

My take on the song doesn't have a title either, so feel free to give suggestions for title and feedback :D
Tried to make the lead synth sound a bit old school since the original sounded old school :P

tru bass il return the feedback favour ;)

the percussion could do with beefing up, just basically try and make a nice hat combination and a ride to drive the track.. forgive the pun

i like the tune. :D very mellow.. id have a trancystyle synth fading in for the beat drop to add a bit of a creschendo also to fill out the lead and give it a bit of beef!

the kick could do with being less echoey, try making it shorter.. it will give a lovely bounce to the track as well.

i think making the organ about an octave higher and add a delay and a little bit of reverb on it might make it sound a little better but im not too sure

other than that its a nice little number.. :D enjoyed it

näkkk Thanks for the very constructive feedback, more helpful that mine was, but I don't know so much about the technical stuff ^^ and I didn't feel that anything needed changing in your track

I hate my hihats in pretty much every track I make. Can never find one that I like, but if throwing on a ride is the trick other people use, then maybe that will help :P also I tried a new kick, and I agree that it's not very good, I should just stick to the one I usually use :P

I'll change a few things and try to make a trancy synth, and we'll see if it gets any better ^^
acidfluxxbass its a very simple track, in summary.

the sounds dont sound sophisticated. it sounds like your using an unedited 3x osc from fruity in there. whilst the percussion is reasonably good, and the melody and side-chain are nice, they could be beefed up more into something special using different sounds and some mastering. still, its a nice try :)

what software/hardware u using?
näkkk Thanks for the feedback ^^

I'm using Fruityloops ;) Have a microkorg for hardware, but need to buy an USB soundcard so I can use it

The 3x osc actually has some effects thrown on it, but I guess not enough ^^

and I have no idea how to master ;P
tru bass yeah im not an expert at feedback..

plus you dont want your track sounding just like how i would make it..

but yeah i like it ;)
choonland i like it, very simple, but its nice the ears

as said above, you need explore with different sounds, i specially dislike that long bass/pad notes in the breakdown, try changing it for a proper pad
skorpion nice track I download thanks
