I'm in the same boat as you. Going to watch all these tutorials and get his stuff done!
Vitalism just want to pitch in my two cents here. I have learned A LOT through ADSRsounds.com tutorials.

i can hear that quite a bit of the newer sounds in hardcore are coming from native instruments Massive VST and damn, is that a powerful beast! not to mention all the other ones native instruments has released.

if anyone has some money to spare, i'd suggest looking into buying some of their stuff. i bought Komplete Ultimate 9 last year which was every VST they had made all in one nice neat package, and now the native instruments keyboard that goes with it. it takes a lot of mouse clicking out of producing which is a major plus! just saying if you're flush with cash, it's totally worth it. i want for nothing else except to buy more spare time to fool around with it!!

and thanks for the more specific tuts on hardcore! i am still kind of in beginning mode but learning about all the functions of your particular VST is a great place to start because... well... there are a lot of boxes, buttons, etc. when you open one of these suckers up and its hard to know how they all fit together by just staring at a screen.
Essi here is how i go about getting stuff started
