TypeR i don't know if its just me, but all of the next generation sampler records and all my blatant beats records sound as though all the levels are off, and that there is hardly any bass. making them hard for me to mix with my other records hence they are bangin choons with tough bass. maybe i should get record cleaner, but some of these records came that way brand new. if this is a regular thing let me know, cuz i have been discouraged from buying them if they all sound bad.

CandyAss I usually don't have problem with Next Gen or BB records. My copy of Serious Hardcore pops in a few places, but other then that all the records I have from those labels sound great. Some of them are recorded a bit loud though.

virus wouldn't it make sense, that all the tunes on the "cd sampler" series, were featured on the cd?

Pace ritalin - This is where your experience as a DJ takes control. Youll just have to adjust things on your mixer to make things sound sweet its ball ache I know but you'll just have to deal with it. I have the same trouble on some records. Just got "Your Shining" the other day and that has this sort of problem, Its far too low...

-I love my decks, just looking at them at night before I go to bed and getting up in the morning with my hair in a mess just stood there in my boxers mixing thinking im the bomb-
TypeR thanks for the words all, i have overcome my discouragement and will consume mass quantities of blatant beats!!!! total next generation sampler domination!!!

Skyler I'd say it depends on the tune, some tunes have weaker kicks than others.. I recently purchased 'Ham - Don't U Know' and its kick is fairly low and blended with the bassline, but the version on the NG album is pretty much the same. Just mix using percussion ;)

milo i think ng/bb and evolution have some of the best pressing in the industry. use ur eqs that's what they are there for =). i have this problem with most if not all rave n beats releases though
