It's a fair enough idea. Some people might like it.
For me, one of the reasons I hated powerstomp was because it was the same driving uninteresting beat that was pounding my brain from the same direction over and over again.
I like fast moving, interesting hardcore, and that means songs have to move through the motions and take you various places. I don't think I could dance to a consistent beat for 4 minutes and enjoy it's duration.
Others will disagree and probably dig it. However, I don't think this concept is particularly new. Hardfloor or Hardtek producers have already employed this concept in their tracks. Take STREZ for example.
