Brainchild Hi, I couldn't find any topics about this album when doing a search, but was wondering if anyone had bought the Vibes & Livelee Hardcore Journey album? I tried so hard to listen to the second disc but that MCing is so cringeworthy I just have to turn it off which is really annoying because the track listing looks awesome for the mix. Does anyone else have the same thoughts or is it just me?
Captain Triceps "MCing" on studio mixes is always horrible, no matter who it is. I love Livelee, he's always been my favourite MC but Christ, leave it for the raves.
GrahamC Hummed & hawed over buy this when they had the sale but I am glad I left the pennies in my pocket, MCing is shite, total and utter shite! It baffles me how some tube in a vest shouting shite is even remotely enjoyable to anybody.

Even my Blu the Roof, not likely to even watch the Blu Ray, I wanted to support the project and I will be happy with my MC-less Audio only discs or USB, however it comes.
Captain Triceps I really don't mind an MC at a rave or on my tapes, just not on studio mixes.
Saying that I am more of a 90s MC kinda guy.

Like Natz? 🤣

I agree, I like the 90s style. You did hear some weird shit, though.
Captain Triceps Admittedly, I do listen back and wonder what the hell they were thinking sometimes, but I'd rather someone was hyping the crowd with minimalist style, than banging out bars about their struggles in the ghetto and what have you.

Great MCing ^^
Si Thompson I've always liked MC Livelee. I'm a 90's MC sort of guy too. MC's like Ribbz, Marley, Mad P, Easy Vibe and Conrad to name a few.
