Dj Doreetoh ive just heard about this type of music can anyone steer me in sites artists etc?
bulby_g Erm... There is no such sub-genre as far as I'm aware. Some Drum and Bass tunes are harder than others.
Dj Doreetoh http://www.scottishhardcore.co.uk/interviews.php?interview=19

bulby_g I would guess that they just mean the DnB they make is hard :)

Sub genres listed on the right hand side. God knows what most of them are.

word

I never realized dave was random attack

Nooney Dieselboy, Ram Trilogy, Evol Intent produce a style called hardstep or darkstep, I would say that's quite a 'hard' sound.
Dj Doreetoh and what artists do that?
Xenochrome Hard DnB?

Two Words...

POSITION CHROME
Nooney Position Chrome, is that an artist, haven't heard of them?

But still rocks. GO RON D CORE GO!

Any good places to pick up that Position Chrome stuff in the US?
Brian K I've never found position chrome stuff in the US, but then again I don't do much record shopping here =P

I'm sure if you find a good dnb store they will probably carry it.
Xenochrome I have found the occasional track in stores, but mostly have to order from Euorpe. Check e bay for some of the older stuff.

Ask and ye shall receive...

clarke101 Cheers nate. £22 is abit pricey though.

Anybody actually bought anything off discogs?
Xenochrome I've bought a few pieces of vinyl through discogs. Similar to e bay, in that you likely want to research any comments that have been made regarding a potential seller. The few vinyls that I purchased (some older Deathchant) were listed as Near Mint condition, and were absolutely flawless when I received them.
