The bad news is DropBox killed off a lot of their services, including the one that hosted the original zip file for this collection.
The good news is that I nabbed it a while back, and I have mirrored it on a burner mega account. Someone a couple of days ago asked about a track from this collection, and honestly, I wouldn't have been the wiser that it died had they not mentioned it...
These are the original files unpacked, as I no longer have access to the original .zip, but with mega you can tell it to give you a .zip file, which should help mitigate that issue.

not sure if i've done this right, but all the folders were empty when i unzipped the download from Mega
Looks like a problem with the upload. Mega lists the size of many files as 0 Mb. |

I have (hopefully) fixed the zero size files in the mega link (I'm kind of surprised I was able to get back in to the account, honestly).
