mr_dom_uk whats your favorite Gabba tume of 2003 and who do u think has been the best Gabba DJ in 2003 ????

Hardcore Will Never Die !!!!
Dibstar I know this doesn't answer your question, but what IS your avatar?????? it has been niggling at me....

The star in my name isn't there for nothing....
Seany His avatar just looks like a moldy guys face [:P] .If you call some of scott browns stuff gabba then i actually liked "how else can i say it" But i dont know if you call that gabba gabba

The little black guy down the block :)
hooverlover I knew some one would say a track from Scott Brown, some HMV-loving people where you can buy bonkers 9, 10 & 11 but if you are cool like me and don't even walk into chart-loving HMV places and buy your hardcore offline (haha!) I'll tell you there's some proper Gabba on this CD i bought off sector1 called 'Hell Raiser Live 2003' every track on there is amazing!!!

a few of those goog tracks are: Dione - Oh God (love those 4/4-tripplet kicks) and Art Of Fighters - Earthquake (amazing!!!!)

hooverlover oops didn't see your other question. I reckon one of the best Gabba DJs around for 2003 is the hard working DJ Leviathan, every set he does wether it's live or for CD, his selection is the best and doesn't drop/spin one bad nu-gabba track.

Seany Who you calling Un-cool [:P] , I just listen to good music aint nothing wrong with buying bonkers at HMV whats your problem with that? and who mentioned HMV?

The little black guy down the block :)
Kaffine Cool? Or just concieted in terms of your own degree of hardcore-ness?

-dj h3o

All I know is that to me, you look like you're lots of fun, open up your loving arms - watch out here I come!

Yes it is and its on Bonkers 10, witch i have. Now theres a little dilemma, am i now cool or uncool?

Edit: ...and to stay on topic, best "gabba" tune this year would be:
DJ Paul - Kill A Lot Of People (Nosferatu Mix) or Rotterdam Terror Corps & Headbanger - Chaos On The Dancefloor

What I mean is I rarther buy hardcore online than walk into HMV, it's just my opinion, not everyone elses. I don't think you should be able to Buy underground music in commercial places like HMV, it doesn't do the music justice.
I rarther have a hard time finding proper gabba than walking into a HMV.

Also Radio, radio1 always bang on about playing underground music on radio1 (coz they try to be cool) yes it's true they do play underground but that doesn't mean it's pure 100% underground, if you play underground you gotta play it somewhere un-comerical, playing gabba on radio isn't pure gabba. get my saying? i might just be blabbering on but it's hard to put it in words.

Seany Err i do buy my vinyls from online ,i buy from where i like ,i buy bonkers from HMV because i would rather get it the same day than wait days for it come in the post....

The little black guy down the block :)
StrifeII i couldnt say which was the best of 2003...probably that stan remix...whatever its called lol. Or MindPunks. good tunes

Love his old tellurian trax ( guyver = Drooling at the sweet sound) and he's a master of the wheels of steel. But I which he'd make some more trax like in the good ol' Cenobite-days

because the music is quite agressive it has been associated with nazi skinheads in countries like germany, which is ******** of course cause gabber is not about racism

Boogie there are still lots of Racist gabbers
90 % of the French gabbers are Racist

Rotterdam Terror Corps - Rotterdam Hooligan (feat. Dj Neophyte)

Knightmare around here WP-gabbers are called gabberskins (and neither gabber nor skin likes em). But most gabbers around here are also racists (but not me, I'm with the minority). With us, the racism has even another dimention to it. We have belgian nationalists, flemish nationalsts (most gabbers I know) and wallonian nationalists and that my friends, is a f*cked up situation.

I think it's all a real shame, cuz I know quite a few foreigners with whom you can have a really good time.

Hard2Get I'm not surpised racism is associated with Gabba (i don't mean Brisk's & Scott Brown's kinda stuff), just listen to how negative and violent alot of the tunes are, it makes me sick (not Gabba, the negativety in the tunes), and so do racists, i wouln't say this if it was just my opinion, but i definately feel that it is true.

How the hell can you say that?
Ever heard the trax "Die nazi scum" and "you bring out the hate in me"? Cool trax with an anti-nazi message. The music didn't introduce racism in the gabberscene, the media did. Telling ppl we're skinheads and rightwinged fanatics cuz we run around with a bald head and a bomber-jacket. And because of the bad publicity, the wrong kinda ppl sometimes end up in our scene, infecting the weaker minds with their "racism is cool" shit.
F*CK 'EM!
