mark-ireland What do you prefer a hardcore tune with a MC or a hardcore tune without one?????????????

mark-ireland
KinokoBoy Definately without one!!! Mc's tend to ruin the music!!!

Bring Hardcore to Upstate New York!!!!
Chris B Think Mc's r wicked live but unless there exceptionally talented and no when to shut up a tunes better to listen to without them. Only MC at the moment I'd say really makes a mix better is Techno T.

djtommyrenegade lol wen ya say in a song all i can think of is scooter lol thats a prime example of how mc's ruin music, like baldo says if they know wen to shut up there ok

Exhile I like listening to mcs like Storm, Wizzkid, Watsie, Sharkey etc. but there are a lot out there that really id rather have not heard in a set,

Find all my mixes at www.intenseradio.co.uk

Frank
KID_PIRAHNA I think its funny when they MC over a song that already has vocals...LOL....and your left standing there goin' WTF!!!! *shrugs shoulders*

WANTED!
more hardcore in Kansas City
Tricky AB I don't mind the MC's at all...it's better if I'm actually there live. but if it's recorded or whatever, I don't mind...

Lixx Depends on the MC. MC Storm has ruined some decent Sy & Unknown tracks, but someone like Tekneek/Kinetik totally doubles the coolness of any track he's on. Also Smiley's performance on Ordinary People is god damn near perfect IMO, so like I said, it depends on the MC.

GregE Baldo u got it in one...LEARN WHEN TO SHUT THE **** UP!!!!!!!! that was my problem with sharkey the first time i saw him...just DIDNT shut up...last time i saw him he did shut up and the few well timed well worded interludes were tops...

I EAT KANGEROOS!!!
mark-ireland I prefer no MC meself.

mark-ireland
HardcoreManic With, most of the time.

I like it when they get some good long rhymes going.

It's crap when they just do shoutout after shoutout and whistle crew, horns crew make some noise constantly. Sounds so shite on tapes/cds.

mark-ireland Ye I agree I hate it when they start going on when the best bit of the tune is kicking in they ruin the song sometimes.

mark-ireland
DJ Superman i think if an MC's got tallent then they add to the music ....... but if you dont like they're style or they wont shut up then it gets annoying pretty fast. ESPECIALLY on tapes etc.

whizz-billy-the-kid's got you in his sights
Chris B Lol @ Tommy Renegade. No wat u mean about Scooter been shit. Right enuff funny as fuk wen u'r stoned and they come on the radio "It's not a bird, It's not a plane, It must be Dave who's on the train". Madness.

SEEKY IF I AM THERE LIVE THEN I THINK THERE NOT BAD BUT IF IT IS RECORDED ON THERE MIX I THINK IT RUINS IT

Es , SPEED , TRIPS AND BLOW HERE WE ****ING GO!
DJ Superman

they've gotta be my favorute song lyrics ever......... genius

CandyAss I would rather have no MC than a bad MC, but a good one can really add a lot to a set. Also with live shows it's better to have MCs there, but on a demo tape it's really best to have it without in most cases.

mark-ireland Respect to the man in the ice-cream, man what the fu*k was the mc out of scooter thinking when he made that up.
He wrecks the songs.

mark-ireland
Midway_raver My theory behind the whole Scooter mc is that he can't understand English and his record label have a really mean translator so what Scooter think's he's saying is "All u mother fcukers rushing on E" n he's actually saying "Siberia the place to be":S!! Poor Bloke!!Gotta love the comedy of it tho:)

You will not laugh, You will not cry, You will learn by the numbers!
Chris B Check out www.moped.org.uk for the best scooter tribute band in the world. This is priceless.

DJCrissy I gotta agree when a good bit of the song cums on and da mc`s talk ova it,it does seems a bit of a bitch, but really they dont bother me either way!!
!!!Stay Buzzin!!!

Triquatra well heres some useless info for you guys, alot of what scooter are saying is refering back to The KLF:
a couple of things from a TOTP interveiw Scooter did:
TOTP: Where does: "Respect to the man in the ice cream van" come from?
> >>HP: This is a shout out to the KLF. They once had a lyric: "They're
> >>justified and they're ancient and they drive an icecream van." We're just
> >>saying hello to them!

(they're refering to "The KLF - Justified and Ancient")
also - they're song title's : **** the milenium, back to the heavyweight jam, little things they say "We're not the monkeys, but we've got the key", "over and out" all jutters back to the KLF - a mad music group back from 1985- 2001 (one of the're latest tracks under the name "2K" called "**** the millenium"

oh, and just to add, no cant stand mc's - prefer em out of music..

"bring the hardest paddle you can find, and get ready to be spanked, you dirty dirty pigs.....yes yes?"
Lazerath MCs' ruin the tunes. If it's gonna help then by all means. Otherwise they should all get rid of that dirty habit.

Hardcore Forever. True And Thru. Never Let It End.
