in canada it's not too hard to find raves with hardcore ... at least, in eastern canada. Shouldn't be too hard in the US either
in the UK check out nights like Helter Skelter, Future Dance... umm... there's others that i'm not remembering hehe

Ove rhere in teh uk..United Dance, Helter Skelter, Hardcore Heaven Slammin Vinyl, Dreamscape, n club venues such as Vibelaite, North, Club Dreamscape etc
