thats the only reason i bought the record was to play it in my sets, but now i cant cause some smart guy pressed it at 165bpm

Erm... They don't PRESS it at a certain BPM, mate. A track is produced at a certain speed. And it depends on the tune what fits best. Some of my tracks are around 185 BPM, others are around 175, and if it would suit the track I would even go below 170. The producer decides, not the listener. If you don't like it, then don't buy it. Plain and simple.

u keep saying if u dont like it dont buy it. i buy my trax online. i listen to it in clip see what speed its being played at, and think thats the speed its pressed on ( because thats how they should have them)
when i heard this release it was def not playing at 165. and even if its pressed to fit maybe they should of made sure that this track( the best release they have ever made) would be playable to 90% of djs. and if they had to get rid of 1 of the other 2 wack tracks on the vinyl and maybe not pack 4 songs on a record.
if u like playing at 170-175 then more power to u, but there is a whole otherworld that doesnt.
also there have been plenty of records i didnt buy because they were pressed 2 slow, so basically i try to avoid this situation as much as possible, this time it slipped me because someone on the other end misadvertised it.

i realized why they did that, it so all their hard dance buyers buy this record also. so they can all play it in their hard dance sets.
thats why nukluez is gay, they move into hard with a completely bad move. sure nukluez can a benefit to hardcore and i was more then accepting but then they did me wrong.

Yes, someone who doesn't backup his opinion with any arguments. 
You really don't get it do you, tunes are produced at a certain speed, not pressed. Perhaps the clips you heard were taken from a set and thus already sped up.
