Because many people feel the urge to put a label on everything in an attempt to organise a world that actually consists of mere chaos. A lot of people fail to see this, or refuse to accept it, and they try to make things more comprehensible by trying to create a general structure. That's why many people rely on stereotypes, no matter how wrong they may be. Ignore it, I'd say.

this ones just class, keep bouncin granpa

only kiddin raves arent that bad atall, because there associated with drugs you do get a few strange ones and nutters into it but it's not that bad.
The main thing is what area of the country you live in to be honest, i've moved about quite a bit now and it all really depends what musics popular with the young madheads in your area. Even if people look rough doesnt mean it's gonna be fulla thugs, nearly everyones just out to get wrecked and have a good time. Love ravin myself and couldnt stop it atleast not forra long time.
I've had 5 years happy raving without any hassle but it's easy for the media to make things look a lot worse than they are just like i did there.

When I first started listening to hardcore in me car all my mates were all moaning but they didn't brand me as anyone, they all just said I had poor taste in music and that dance music should stay in the nightclubs.
Everyone has their own opinions in music and no one should judge you by what you like, unless it's neo-nazi music about white supremacy, then you should be judged then killed

honestly doesnt matter how many of you go the rave scenes really friendly, even if two of you go in you'll meet people you recognise there or just get chatting to randoms.
Would say globals a very good one to start with because it's really big and got loadsa places to move about if you get bored, plus i think the music played theres quality.
Have a good one if you do go anyway bud.
