Actually I know about this mix.. I was told on Friday at a gig that some guys had done a 'version' of the track but had changed all the lyrics 'does that make it ok'? Actually it doesn't....
I was also told that it was only a demo and they were going to do TP's would it be ok to release. I told them not if it's a rip so they sent me an MP3 yesterday and I told them that it wasn't suitable for release.
I now find that it HAS actually been released which means I'm in a position to be able to recall all stock of this and hold shops liable for selling it. It's in the hands of my publishers now.
