What makes you think he'll be able to get anywhere near 5CDs worth of tracks?

i think the idea of cds of australian, n american and european is a wicked idea. some hardcore people have no idea there is excellent hardcore from all over the world.

one request tho can we have a cd with a decent cover no bright colours or childish pictures. this would be helpful at not marketing it towards chavs. if this is an underground album try and keep it that way please.

joren doin graphics as i read on... page 2?

Marketing? There will be no marketing involved, it will be free... and who are you to say who should be listening to it anyway? Shouldn't it be for everyone?

I aren't fond of 'childish' pictures but I see no problem with bright colours, rather see that than give it the look of all the other boring covers that dance music churns out... end of the days its Joren's call anyway.

I don't think its so much aimed at kids, the covers will seem childish no matter how old you are... its just a representation of how nutty hardcore is ;)

I remember him saying he would send it to people who wanted it so I can see him and other producers being willing to do that if contacted

Maybe we could round up enough tracks that way

Actually, ig you checked out IMOdownload about 1½ years ago, stompy added loads of his unreleased tracks, inclduing Nu Beginning

CD2 (or 4?): Me b2b Bluecore? :P well it seems to have gotten good reviews by hhc.com's listeners, and I always wanted to do a mix free-for-download with Bluecore. I think he'd agree on me there

not that I don't respect you guys

but I really think there should be a competition to ensure the dj who most deserves it gets to mix the 'up & comer" cd

as far as nu beginning...I get the reason I never saw it on IMOdownload is that it's misspelt "new begining" :S

weird I never saw it there but I guess it's because I only check it once a week since I'm a mostly vinyl guy

Im not sure how viable it is, but i thought it might be an idea to have unmixed cds along with te mixed ones, but people have to pay (£3 per cd?) to download the tracks.. all money gets equally divided between the ARTISTS

screw that
keep it free so anybody can enjoy the mixes

artists will make the money back from gaining exposure/possibly getting some of the tracks signed

once things get financial and involve huge collaborations (like this) it gets complicated

the last thing I want to see is 10 lawsuits

and think of the kids who don't have credit cards yet - how are they gonna get this?

if you do that it's gonna end up being posted on a ******* site and **** everyone over anyways

i dont think you understood what i meant

all premixed mixes FREE for everyone to download... then have UNMIXED tracks seperate to this for a fee, so what if it ends up on a download site, that will always happen whatever you do, what it does mean though is that for the people who do pay, the artists will get a bit of money even if it is just pocket money, and dj's get some unreleased tracks
