What age do you lot think is the oldest a person can start djing and still end up being moderately good perhaps having some kind of career, cos I am 18/19 now so I was wondering if it was really a bit too late for me to start mixing or not.
Any suggestions appreciated.....

People have been telling me that I'm too old to spin or party for years. Screw what they say and do what you want!

Look, if you've got first-hand memories of the invention of the vinyl record, then you're probably too old to be DJ'ing. Otherwise, don't let anything stop you ... except maybe arthritis.

I've always been a fan of electronic music. I was about 24 when I first fell in love with Happy Hardcore, 25 when I went to my first rave, 27 when I got my first turntables. I've accumulated close to 200 records and spinning records, playing house parties and going to raves are my main hobby. I think the music actually makes you younger. You're never to old. Old is when you're one of those people who just SITS there when you're at a rave....thats old.
