Unfortunately rave became political, when politics decided rave had to go. They brought in the criminal justice act to destroy the rave scene, and sanctioned every single event up and down the UK, and put pressure on them until most broke. People getting together and having fun is a no no in the UK now.
The rave scene is fighting back, but look at the response, especially during this pandemic.
Before that I remember the Scum events getting more and more popular, they made the news. So proud of them :)

Hardcore has always used much harder kicks but there has been a lot of disappointment as well but I also rate hardness on the effects that are used
