I know loads of peeps tha can mix better than him. Its all about who u know these days instead of ur skill which i reckon sucks!! and i reckon i could mix better than him f given the chance. dun wanna be big headed

I've seen Hixxy play on many occasion. His mixing is spot on!!
I dont think his new stuff does him any favours cos it can be funny to mix but did you ever catch his Happy Hardcore sets?? His mixing was don.
Personally tho I recon Sy is the best DJ, Scott Brown is the best producer.

Exactly theres a good bonkers line up Hixxy playing his raverbaby stuff and basic Trancecore then Sharkey for those who like their harder hardcore and then dougal for the sound becoz essential platinum have a certain sound that as soon as one of there tunes is dropped i can just go that an essential platinum tune straight away.

yea, me too... If you think about it, Breeze, Styles & Hixxy have pretty much the same style as trance, they're the ones that brought me into Hardcore. Then i started to find out about the likes of Dougal, UFO & Scott Brown and liked what i heard!

I own 4 of the Bonkers series and from what I've heard so far it's Dougal who I like best. Mainly for production skills and tune choice. As for mixing I'd say Sharkey (Out of the three) But overall it's Sy; his mixes are bang on most of the time, and his tune selection ain't half bad either. I'm not saying I don't like Hixxy, I love his stuff, especially his mix on The Rezurrection, also Hardcore Til I Die, the tune selection on there is great, and Hixxy's remix of Injected with a Poison is great.

injected with a poison didn't go down well with me... It wasn't Hardcore enough! lol. I think that CD is great value for money for 2 reasons:
1) it's cheap... £7.99 is great!
2) it has original tracks... Apart from Gammer's the Power Within, i hadn't heard any of them before. Original Hardcore the Nu Breed just copied Bonkers XI... So this was a breath of fresh air!
