okay so this is my second day of being smoke free and dammit i wanna kile everything that moves...somebody HELP!!!

I've smoked for 10 years and have tryed to quit like 5 times, and i'm still smoking :(

ill giya sum advice wot i used chew lotsa gum kleen ur teeth as much as u can an when ure doin nothin and your hands are free learn 2 tricle a coin through ure fingers
then giv it a week
n then hang around smokers ull feel alot better
