i've got a nice 1.2 corsa. can't brag bout it doin 180 mph but it has been known to hit a ton with a tail wind and going downhill:D Probably all the ****in cd's in the car weighin it down!

my car is now the size of a microwave  , had to get it crushed after it blew up on the way back from a holiday in the summer! cant imagine when i'll be able to afford another one either......... life in the bloody bus lane for now i guess

You lot want to try riding bikes i've got a VTR1000 firestorm its bright orange and sounds like a flight of lancasters, it's a propper cop magnet, i carry my docs arond in my pocket now to stop the producers.....

I know wot you mean... I had a Ninja 900 in bright green with a power band stuck on.... damn it was bad.... barely rev it n you either took a wheelie or lost your arms.... couldn't handle it to well plus the cops seem to home in on em.... thts why i selt it n went for a car. neway. you can express yourself better with a car.

I really don't like bikes... my family have always as far back as I can remember had bikes always had scramblers and my dad used to have his own bike business etc but I seen too much damage to ever be happy having a bike now, one of my bros best mates went under a lorry and my dads best mate actually got decapatated... sick like.... but my dad and bro still ride the bastard things even thou my dad got a broken neck from falling off a cliff face whilst scrambling when i was a kiddie.... fools!

Bikes are fun tho.... and in certain circumstances better than cars for safety. i say that on the pure fact that you can react better on a bike... so in a near miss situation its better. But in a collision situation your better of in a car... less injury... tho if your wearing proper gear then you should be ok....
So i suppose in the end it comes down to the skill of the driver.

I know what you mean but i ride bikes purley for the speed and buzz you get out off riding them i know there not safe but i do it anyway i've had some big falls but always got back on its just that adrenalin rush you cant get any other way for so little money that i'm addicted to i think.............

I think I'd best stick to my bike, a sluggin Cannondale R1000! No worries 'bout takin off my arms when I rev

lol... snow does tend to take a bikes activity down to 0.... that is another plus for cars tho.... you can use them in just about any weather... try ridin a bike in gale force winds n you'll have a hard time controlling it.

yeah that seems to be it like, the rush just gets people addicted (guess everyone has their own drugs!)
as for your skill and the right gear I have to disagree... my dad had been riding both road bikes and racing professionally for about 20 years when he broke his neck like!!! (who the hell wud get back on a bike after that?!!! foooool!)
also just remembered my uncle got killed on a motorbike when i was little, cant beleive i forgot about that.
