save the inidisk. Get yourself a phono to stero jack cable, whack it in the line in part of your computer and then your line out of the compouter to the stereo. And then you can also hear it but also record it. Get sound forge or something

if you want to become professional, forget it ever happened and do it again. It gets on my tits when things like that happen, but i put them behind me. but yeah, its REALLY annoying.

yeah i know. Its summet i record cos i can walk to work and listen. And i pick up my faults on tape. But when i blatantly hear them when im doing my mix its frustrating because theyre stupid mistakes i know i can avoid.

thanks for the info, i'll pick up the lead soon cos at the minute the three (stereo, PC and mixer) are all linked to each other and it's a bit of a mess! can post some mixes up for people to help me out with once i'm a bit better as well then

As u guys were talking about scratching thought id post this link. Forget the first 3 or 4 parts because sure most of u know what ur doing, so have a look at the advanced scratches part.
