Last year I took the plunge and went ravin by my self. At the time none of my m8's liked hardcore and didn't like raves. It came 2 the crunch and I said sod it im going. On the way there met another raver on the coach who was by him self. Now we meet up and go raving often.
My suggestion is if your hardcore - and wanna go, go.
If anyone wants to meetup and go as a group rather then alone let me know.
Usually go Raindance, SV, HH.

mate i can quite safely say that the hardcore lot are the friendliest of party goers u can find; i've been to raves by myself; (once with a rocker and a hiphop junkie, forced them along and they couldn't hack it while i was just going mental in the middle of it all) and i haven't regretted it!! u'll make mates down there.
u can only give it a shot anyway mate; whats the worse that could happen?
If pac-man really had an effect on us, we'd be runnin' round in dark rooms with repetitive music eating pills!!!

My first rave (in december)
i didnt know anyone going so i jumped on my local rave forums, organised a lift with sum1 id neever met before, they introduced me to all their friends and i've neva looked back :)
ANybody wanna donate some cash to the "Turntables for Gav fund?" ~ If you don't, you could be to blame for the demise of happy hardcore!
