i think when people say "i hate americans" they mean "i hate those hillbilly, kill em all, get me a budwiser, time for nascar, we hate foriegers, we are the best" that little america. its easy to americans because that is the general population of the US unfortunatly. that and the government. the US governemnt is only stable because if republicans control on part of it then the democrats control the other.
also the little things like "the french are cheese eating surrender monkies!" what? who came to our aid during the revolution. people just usually open their mouth before speaking, then when they say something dumb they don't have the integrity to say "oops i made a mistake, forgive me".

Yes! People here in America are so rude, I work as a telesurveyer-- mostly political surveys and people are so rude to me on the phone-- I have a job just like everyone else, it's just a survey if you don't want to take it hang up. I think America has bad karma! I would really like to move away one day, but for now I'm stuck.

good thing im Mexican 
and I dont like Bush and i DONT like Shwarzenagger, i dont like the students at my high school, (everyone thinks they are all tough ass gangsters and ghetto, even the asians) i stay out of the mix, and laugh at them, but then again, Mexico is worse, over there, everyone IS hard as gangsters (or part of the mafia) yhey all like banda, notrenio and NOTIHNG else, Japan, well, when i was there it looked like America, all the japanese youth, were listening to Blink 182, linkin park, Britney Spears, and of course the usual J-pop (Orange Range, BoA, Moring, Chemistry, Hyde to name a few)

I am agreeing to the part where someone said about the hillbilly americans although that is not all. That attitude has spread to the local seattle rave community.Everone there (except for annika heehee) has a very narrow minded outlook on music and there is verbal warfare between the jungleists and the house/trance kids and I would say 8/10 kids there will make fun of you for liking any kind of hardcore.This (happy hardcore)is a Uk site and in the records shop of happyhardcore.com they have drum and bass.This would never happen on a seattle junhgle site.
I feel I do not belong since I am friendly towards all (americans see this as weakness to exploit you).I also enjoy every form of music although I still haven't found a country song I like I still don't claim to hate it because in the future there might be an awesome country tune.
Also I really would not mind paying more to live somewhere else where my freedoms weren't continually being ripped away from me.I would also pay more if my country was ever in a state of progress with the laws and decided they were going to restore some of those freedoms.
I say only make it illigal if anyone gets hurt not what the church wants.
I think america had a good idea when it started and should be started over again.George washington would be rolling over in his grave if he saw what we have become.

in anycase, the way america dominate the news and the massive effect that they have on other countrys, i would think that gives people from all over more than enough right to complain about america, or defend america...

im irish and this year there have been less than 10 shootings so far this year and the government see this as a crisis getting out of control. how many shootings do you think have been in america? the idea that anybody can go out and buy a gun and walk around the streets with it scares me. i hope bush gets voted out soon and someone competent gets elected and cleans up the mess hes made of the world.
