o yes i can distribute it!! so, your saying that anyone can listen to it for free, but your not allowed to record it? its a free radio show mate, people wanna listen to it again and again, theres nothing wrong with that!
even if what im doing was illegal, do you think i would care? nope...
your meant to help spread the word!!
i took the time to digitally record the show, and im paying to give it away for free, whats more its completely legal...

look man, you make me sound like a criminal, its not like i rip cd's or tapes or vinyl is it? all i did was record a free radio show. i only recorded the dam thing coz people were having trouble listening online (if that wasnt the case i wouldnt have even bothered recording it anyway), by recording that show i created a win/win situation for everyone, i gave people exactly what they wanted while at the same time letting more people here our music (ive already uploaded to someone in australia) and maybe more peolple will listen to radio 1 after hearing the show (i doubt it :P), in fact the only person who has lost out is me since i had take the time digitally record it, store it, set up user accounts, and pay for the bandwidth so i can give it away..
ps, in response to djdms, yes i can do what i want "pal", im proving that right now by uploading to 6 people...nothing you can say will stop me, so get off your high horse
what im doing here maybe illegal, but im not hurting anybody, and what im doing is a good thing, illegal or not

alright everyone this is in defence of jimbo.
now without trying to get myself in a compromising situation with all you lot higher up in the hierachy of this site i just wanna say, yeah ok so what he is doin may not be allowed on this site and he might be given a bit of back chat but he is doing people a favour with good intentions. I doubt very much that he tried to breach the conditions of copyright from the artists or whatever.
he had good intentions in mind to do other people a favour and i applaud that. Doesn't he at least deserve a pat on the back to say that its the thought that counts but unfortunately this isn't allowed?
let's try and settle things calmly eh fellas?

haha, you trying to scare me? hmm, what could you do to "teach me a lesson"? lets see, you could give my email address out or spam my address, nevermind, i'll just use my real address....the only other thing you can do is packet bomb my ip, go for it, even if you do get the details for my ftp site its not like you can upload, or run anything on my machine

...CONTINUED...ive spent all day repling to emails, sending my details out etc etc, also helping people set up thier ftp clients, via email (and this is more than one person), i do this so i can then pay to upload a free countrywide broadcast to people all over the world - why do i do it? well, maybe i just like helping people (its not like im gaining anything by doing this), and whats more i did it only because other people wanted me too. on the other forums, and the people who have emailed me have been grateful, and, even if they dont want the file realise that what im doing is a good thing...only on this forum, the mods who think they have the right to tell me what i can and cant do, and (try to) threaten me (lol), you may think your more important than the rest of us, but to me it just sounds like your all on a
