I hate when the news media is always like RAVE?! THAT MUST MEAN DRUGS! There are plenty of people who roll at clubs, parties, or just because they want to fry their brain. No body really knows if x causes all this, but it does cause holes in your brain. I don't know about the Parkinson's disease thing. Some people can't handle MDMA in their body, and it causes them to go into that "downward spiral" It all depends on the chemical balance in your brain that determines what your after effect will be. The reason most people die from taking e, is because they are severely dehydrated for example they could have been drinking while on e, and then they get all hot and they have a heart attack and die. blahblah. But whatever drug you do you will have after effects whether you drink and get a hang over, or you get addicted to cocaine.
Oh yes and I must say Franky Bones is definatly the founder of raves here, and he is an amazing individual. (PLUR!!)
You should't beileve the media any way they're just a bunch of sleeze buckets.
Any way, sorry about my ranting that's how I feel on the subject.

If you noticed tward the end they had also sayd that that "profesor"or what ever that was doing the studys that said X turns your brain in to swiss cheese ,said that he had been injecting the treated subjects with a subsantain that was labeled X ,it was actually meth .TThat was at the very end..

Really no one should do any bad shit that could harm you in the long run but if we were all like that then we'd all be Ned flanders. as soon as anyine mentions drugs, the government gets edgy, and us ravers get aggitated and quite ****ing right too! they class us as drug and all that just because we dance and the drug makes u more energetic. Why is it everyone from outside of the scene only seems to remember the bad shit, like the bad stuff that happens to people on drugs, they never remember or even talk to people about how good it is to just be out clubbin.

I've heard that people died of "overheating" because they were on E and dancing in very hot, humid raves with out a sufficient amount of water in their system. But it's not like people don't die of "overheating" without taking methylenedioxy! (Did I state that correctly?) Anyways...just wanted to say that...
