Hi chaps and chapesses,
Just got a whole bunch of virus e-mails to an address that I have only used once (maybe twice) and that was on this board..... looks like some **** (or some virus which some **** has written) has harvested a whole bunch of e-mail addresses from these pages and used them to spread his pre-pubescent ****. There were at least 2 other addresses which I recognised who are also members of this hardcore community, so this is why I am posting it here..... Please note before anybody starts thinking that they are coming from this site.... THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH HAPPYHARDCORE.COM!!! 
Anyway, I imagine I am definitely not the only one receiving these, so if anybody gets an "undelivered message" to an address they haven't sent an e-mail to, and it says the undelivered message is attached (and the attatchment has a *.pif, *.exe, *.zip extension) then whatever you do DO NOT OPEN THE ATTATCHMENT!!!! Just delete the message immediately!

have been getting these on my hotmail account, it says that an e-mail i sent was not delivered and it's got some attachement.
it's all an evil web of lies though, you never sent the e-mail and it'll mess up ur PC if you open the atachment.

i got an email saying something about a message being undelivered... and it was sent to somebody else... FROM ME?! It was caught by a virus scan and stopped, but i never sent anything!!! (MSN)

someone doesn't know they have a virus initially, it harvests their e-mail lists (address book, msn, ect) then it sends itself to those e-mails, odds are a few of them get infected and it happens again and proliferates itself around the internet. there are also known machines that are vulnerable that people like this use to spread their crap

It's happening to everyone and every site out there. One of your friends that has sent you an email in the past probally has the virus and it sent the virus using other people's email address'

Virus... Yeah I got that email, but it couldn't fool the audrenator! I think Silver was right and it's just happening to a lot of major sites right now. who knows.

I had those for a while, and for some odd reason, when I changed my password, the magically stopped.
It is very good practise to change your passwords every so often, just for security wise.

Yep, happens to every site..... happened to my site once, to an address that was hidden behind bits of code.... the gits!! Very annoying when it happens!
