1. can ne1 get their mix on hhc radio?
Yep, but we screen them and only the best ones go on, we reject about 1:10 mixes based on quality and mixing skills.
2. r all the sets prerecorded?
Yes, we do do live shows now and then, there should be more in the future.
3. does hhc.com have to pay2play cds such as the bonkers mixes
Yes, we have to pay publishing fees just the same as any other regular radio station does.

^^^ think he's referring to the copyright question.
Its something I've been wondering about recently...... The copyright still exists as far as I am aware, and depending on how the company "ceases to exist" determines what happens to the copyright. This isn't by any chance anything to do with a rather large record company that went into administration is it? In that case the copyright is an asset of the company, and the powers that be will determine what happens to it.... they can sell it, or exploit it or whatever..... each case is different.
This is just my understanding however, I may be wrong as I am not going off experience or anything.

Oh right I did not see that last question, it depend on the country and sometimes even the state, most of the times the copyright falls back to the orginial artists or producer of the track.
