Update
I got a new Motherboard and a new Graphic Card and it is still doing the same.
Can this be with my Power Supply Unit?
I have got 350W but i have tried 3. I feel i need a PSU greater then 450w
Why?

Two Sticks DDR SDRAM (20 Watts)
Total - 427 Watts
