when i first got into Hardcore, Freeform is the one that confused me the most. i mean, you get the Nu Energy Collective, and they consist of Kev Energy, Sharkey, AMS & K Complex... But then it splits into half really, with Sherkey & AMS going down one route, and K Complex & Kev Energy going down the other. I tend to follow K & K lol!

Scott brown & bass X - Pilgrim (K & K nu energy collective mix)
K complex - Cyberspace & Outta Control
Impact - Funky Technician
kevin energy - Power in the light
CLSM - John Peel, liberation, energize
Outsidaz - Punk
CLSM & Sharkey - wicked MC (AMS mix)
but yea, i know what you mean with CLSM... they're bending away from freeform very fast
