ehh... if her face had been held down to the spinning treadmill, i could see it getting burned. however, she fell and actually moved WITH the treadmill, so there wasnt any friction on her face.... HAD to hurt nonetheless... looks like she smacked her head pretty hard, and then hit the equipment behind her.
