I don't have a microwave...haha! my mom got rid of it cause she that it messes up like the um...i dunno. molecules that make up the food? basically she says, "it's not good for you" and it'll give you cancer...

yeah, so here's what my mom says: because microwaves use high frequency waves which causes rapid friction among the atoms or something like that, the um...iunno. the molecules or whatever are changed? and so like then there's no good stuff/nutrients/vitamins etc. in it anymore.
that's obviously not exactly what she said, but it went something like that.
i'm not going to bother asking her to explain it to me Again cause like she had a few glasses of wine and now she's talking shit 'n stuff. she's talking like a ****ing 3 year old or something!! it's soo annoying! and then she gets pissed at me cause i'm talking seriously and all i hear from her is like blah blah blah. ok. whatever.
(oh yeah! btw, i got $150 from my cuz and aunt)

Microwaves oven's use microwaves (as in the frequencies) to heat the food.
To make anything hot the atoms of the food have to rub together to heat up.
Microwaves are exactly what all satellite dishes use as well.

hmmm this is a difficult one as im always eating
mega high protien(and fat) meal i had last night before my tournament
i cooked 2lbs of hamburger
1lbs of bacon and 3 chicken breasts
put them all in a bowl and covered em in cheese
yummm all time fave is red snapper in mango and pineapple sauce(i love dating a chef lol)

woah! that is A LOT of food!! i get full when i'm only half way done with my burger.
oo love the bacon and cheese, the shit that's soo unhealthy for ya, but imo tasts so good! yumkins! lol
yeah, i like the red snapper my dad cooks up for us. tis soo good!
i'm always eating too,thank God i have a fast metabolism and i'm still skinny! haha. i bet all the bad stuff i eat now, is gonna be in effect when i'm like 19. =S
