Why? Smoking is cool it makes you look like a dragon.
Smoke cigarettes. It looks hot, makes your breath smell better than it normally would, and gives you something to do.

Jack.... i wont say well done. i will say goodluck... its a constant thing. and trust me you will get the odd cravings JUST SAY NO!!!!! i've been there and i cant stop its so hard! never thought i would get like this... like if i go without one for a couple of days i will be a mess! in tears and everything! its mad... not so bad now though i have cut done loads... (down from 20 a day to 10 a day to bout 4 a day)
but yeah i hope your more mentally stable than myself... keep on going. its the best way forward!

yeh ive been smokin since i was bout 13 on and off!!!! i gave up ter from september till the end of january!! and now im back worse than ever!sometimes i'd smoke 15-20 a day then other days id only smoke 3-4!!! i dunno! but yeh if i go for a day or two without one i get very anxious!!!

used to do it in summer holidays... i really couldnt afford it... but was totally addicted and really naive (i was 13) so used to *cough* steal 
its only now that i'm a bit older that i realise how bloody stoopid i was for starting... its so UNcool

i was only on bout 5 - 7 a day_but i wil stop, may as wel consider it dun now.
lyk i say i av quit worse and yeh it is hard as fuk_u just av 2 see it though though_hay why dont we turn this in2 an addictions forum 2 help people

this is gona sound rate gay now..... but a gud way 2 ova cum addictions is by lying in the bath link up sum speakers through the door, turn the light off, av sum hardcore (4 me trancecore) on ded quiet and hav a nice warm bath wiv a little t-light
