The point is if an artist creates something that artist owns the copyright (the right to copy) not you or anybody else, so by copying the song (which you have no rights) you are taking away money for from the artist. Insteed of you tracking down a vinyl or buying a turntable to listen to a tune you just copy it (again which you have no right to do) insteed of finding it and buying it.

You take away money from the artist because people don't buy it when they might have before. You kill demand by giving shit away for free, kill demand, no one buys anything, hardcore artists piss off to make something else and everyone is left wondering what the **** just happened.

It's exactly the same as if you spent 1 month writing a book, you put it on sale and then someone else out there photocopied the entire thing and gave free copies to everyone... who would want to buy it then?

I don't care about your arguement, if your passionate about something you support it, you want it to survive, you help it... All these **** nuts with thousands of MP3's thinking they are the coolest people in the world, they are not, they are ****en idiots with nothing better to do than to sit and ****en complain about everything, never offering a cent of help or a whisper of actual money to support something they love.

Hardcore is about the music it is not about being cool, or if your a DJ or whatever, but if you make the leap from part time artist to full time artist you need to be able to pay your rent, buy food and new equipment. Sure go download whatever the **** you want I can't stop you, just know that no one will ever do you a favour, your a blood sucking leech to everybody that means something in the hardcore scene.

ohh damn shit, see what ive done ... different meanings about this.

first of all (and again) i WILL SUPPORT THE HH-SCENE, but as u know im a newbie in this scene, just listened to some scott brown, brisky, etc. traxx and became a FAN.

but over all u have to know one thing. their is a big, a very big difference between the HH-SCENE in UK (eg.) and GERMANY (where i live). in germany this scene is just "poor" and so small ... and the result is, not all of hardcore will be released in germany, i#ve never seen bonkers 12 in stores in the city where i live, i have to go around, other towns, to get it ... and i live in very big city, believe me. thats carm ... so i cant get all of the samplers, etc out of the HH-SCENE cause 1 out of 10 HARDCORE CDs only will be released here. i dunno why ... but what shall i do. i wont buy the cds in the uk and pay much more, cause they are from the UK or US ... thats not fair. then i think of downloading some single traxx from my fav. DJs instead of buying full sampler in the UK or US and pay much much more than they would be released here.

im sad about this ... sorry.

Order from http://www.play.com It's tax free (you dont pay the 22% VAT). The shipping is free (although slow), and they pack every record individually, so that the value of the package is so small that its very rare that your cunsomer office would charge you the VAT.

...or you can also order it from http://www.amazon.de if you dont want to order from other countrys.

its time for the Mole to give his veridct on this matter : here are the CD's i own:

Bonkers 1-12 (i know for a ****ing fact and i tell people they must buy these CD's or they will stop making them and THAT CANT ****ING HAPPEN)
Original Hardcore : The Nu Breed
Hardcore (6 CD's mixed by Sy & Unknown)
ReZ VI Mixed By Lenny Dee & Tom Wilson
Hardcore Tsunami 2 (soon to own)
Slipmatt's Ravin Mad (cheap as hell)
and HARDCORE N.R.G (my old skool fav, mixed by Sy & Seduction)

now to the point, i can't buy CD's just now i have to beg my mum becuase i dont have a job yet cause i want a job in Administration but the thing is that the bastardin employees alwasy have some shit like you have to have 1 or 2 years previous experience (can someone tell me how it is possible to gain experience if you havent worked before)

therefore i am forced only to by CD's that i thurely enjoy eg. Hardcore Tsunami 2 and Hardwired (OOO I CANT WAIT), i buy cd's that matter to the scene but i will not buy CD's like The Ultimate Happy Hardcore Album as most of the tunes are on a Bonkers Album or some other one but i can only say i do my best to premote hardcore i even managed to get 2 people on the Clubland Forums to buy Orignal Hardcore 3 cause its only 4.99 @ http://www.play.com/play247.asp?page=title&r=CD&title=151695 so buy it if you dont have it people, but you must understand that not all hardcore CD's must be bought only ones that are utterly amazing eg Every Bonkers apart from 7 but i buy what i can i am not loaded as i have said as i dont have a job but rest assure that as long as we do all keep buying hardcore it sure as hell will not die *hopes and prays*

My Fav Tunes ATM are:

1.Helix - U R Everything
2.Scott Brown Vs Marc Smith - Hardcore U Know The Score
3.2 Without Heads - U & Me
4.Brisk & Brown - Back & Fourth
5.Scott Brown - Memories

how am I taking money away from them if there was never a chance that I would buy the vinyl in the first place? they werent going to get my money before i started downloading tracks and they still arent, nothing changed and if i do stop downloading it, I still won't be buying their vinyl will I?

ok so far the artist has lost : $0.00

now if we add in the fact that i have bought all the compilations i own. . .
I'll leave you to figure it out :)

yes I am breaking the law, no I am not destroying hardcore.

You don't buy the vinyl because your not forced to buy it. Put in a situtation where you don't rip of someone else work you might buy the vinyl but since you don't give a shit you don't need the vinyl do you?

I know many a person that become a DJ or starting collecting vinyl because they wanted to hear the tunes... You will never have that the way your going.

I don't agree with people downloading!

1. It's not fair on the Artist's who do all the hard work in producing the track to have it ripped off by certain people who then just give it away for free!

for example if J.K.Rowling's new Harry Potter book was stolen (cause that's what you're doing) and somebody put the book up on a website for all to read this would therefore stop lot's of people buying it cause they could just print the book of the internet! This would then make her lose out on the money she would have made if they had bought the book!
Not that the Bitch does'nt have enough money anyway it's just an example.

2. It's not fair on us the people who buy the Cds or Vinyls cause why should we fork out a fiver a vinyl when some ****er gets them for free!!!

Es , SPEED , TRIPS AND BLOW HERE WE ****ING GO!
