I cannot believe how stupid I can be. I was meant to leave work 15 minutes ago to enjoy the weekend. My boss approached me 10 minutes before I was due to go home and asked if I had the keys to lock up. Yes of course I have, you go home and I'll make sure everyone logs out and the department gets locked up. Guess what? I did not have my keys, i gave them to my housemate who had forgotten hers. I am now still sat in work waiting for my mate to go from here back to my house get my keys and come back. What a plonker. Please tell me that I am not the only person who has an occasional 'dense' 5 minutes!!

This morning when i was pumping gas some guy approached me and said that he had no money and that he just needed a coulple bucks for gas to make it home for his kids....
As i left the gas station i saw him in my rearview buyin some damn Cigarretes from the Clerk wit im sure the 5 bux i lent him. Felt totally taken advantage of cuz i do like to help people out.
I felt pretty stupid after that....dont worry. At least YOU didnt lose any money for it, just time :)

don't worry mate i know what ya mean. we do all have our monging moments.
just today would give us the perfect example of the dense 5 minutes your talking about.
ok a month ago my aunt had her first sprog. he was a month early scisarian section to get him out and that but hes healthy and fine. the thing is where it has been a month, everyone in relation to my aunt (except me somehow) has managed to go see him.
for tommorow, arranged a week ago, i said to a mate who has been out of the country for months that me and him would go out tommorow and have a bit of a booze up for a long time no see re union type thing.
This is where it goes to shit.
today at work, my old dear rings me up and says to me: are you coming down for the day on sunday? i thought yeah, cool sunday, should be alright by then, nothing on sunday just saturday with my mate; now the numbers that are going down to visit her have been set with how many people are eating and whatever; no pulling out now.
i get home tonight and ask what time we're going up there on sunday and my mum says to me "What? sunday, we're going up tommorow!!"
this really pissed me off... i have managed in a few minutes of madness at the office to completely screw things up for tommorow.
theres nothing i can do, so i've had to cancel seeing my best mate who's been half way across the world to see this ****ing baby that i could see in 2 days time if they could just be bothered to let me come to their house then.
but no.
Welllllll..... that was my "5 minutes of density" for ya pal
I'm not mad, just ask my camel steven!!!
